Jackie Groch moved to Tucson in 1977 and became a Realtor in 1983. Guided by the Golden Rule, Jackie brings decades of experience in residential real estate, land, development, building, and Tucson growth while maintaining a strong commitment to protecting the community she loves.

Jeremy Groch joined the family team in 2017 and quickly developed extensive real estate knowledge. With a strong background in client service and relationship building, Jeremy puts his clients' needs first and embodies The Groch Team's Golden Rule philosophy.

Sharon Shinn Smith joined The Groch Team, bringing decades of extraordinary real estate and development experience. Her career includes serving as CEO of an international environmental company and Designated Broker for Starr Pass Realty.
